I have made the annual subscription payment, but it does not seem to be reflected in the app. As a result, I am unable to access the premium content. It is unfortunate that the app sold the premium content without providing access to it. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Bought premium feature on monthly plan and transaction is made and amount deducted from my bank balance but still my access is blocked and I am not able to use the features. Edit:They actually worked pretty fast on it after talking with them on email and resolved the issue

The game overall is amazing, the only thing is that there is a bug where I can't unlock more lessons in the game. I have coins but it won't unlock the lessons. I can unlock characters to play against but that's it. Hope it gets fixed.

it's a great app but it has big problems sometimes when I open the app it keeps freezing and when I try to sing up doesn't work I've been thinking about pay for it but until you solve the problems I'm not gonna do that other than it's a good app with fun and interactive puzzles and exercise.

Having a great experience but the magnus bot is not working.. I was learning chess then magnus bot (5year) having bug ang issue, this makes me frustrated, so I can't continue my learning.. Please fix it!! So I can again continue my journey!!

I really really like this app and wanted to upgrade to Premium. However, I kept getting an error message saying they couldn't contact the store. Email to customer support was not responded to so looks like this might be a dead app which is really unfortunate.

Super cool app! Loved is so much I tried to upgrade to premium but it errors out. None of the premium content comes available even after trying to purchase. I'm literally trying to give them money, but not able. I just want to get better at chess and this was a fun way to do it. Unfortunately, until their premium subscription is working, I would not download this app.

With the recent update, the grind to get tokens without spending money has become much more manageable. I get that they are a business and need to make money, and I'm glad I don't have to deal with a bunch of ads. I let my kids play, so I only have to worry about training them in one area of "don't click here" They also fixed the bug to get to easy lesson 7 During freeplay, the freezing when you get him in checkmate isn't that common for me. The gradual increase in difficulty is nice.

About 3 months ago I started a monthly subscription, and two months later I moved to a yearly subscribtion. But two days ago I noticed that the app didn't cancel my previous subscription an the I was paying both the monthly and the yearly, then I stopped both of them because I didn't want to pay for untrusted app. The yearly subscription was supposed to end in February 2024 but now the app doesn't give me access to the premium content that I've paid for 😕 👎👎👎

I subscribed for the trial and I could never access the premium features. I reached out to customer service and never got a response after weeks or waiting. The app is not being actively managed. Look it up o line. So, I deleted the app and download another one.

I'm stuck on the loading screen. Trying to sign up for the app, and I'm not getting any feedback when I tap the sign up button after giving my sign up details. Edit: Been able to log in using my old details, though the sign up issue still remains. Now, the new issue is with subscription. I subbed to a monthly plan, but for some reason, it hasn't reflected in the app yet. It still thinks I haven't, and as such, the premium lessons are still locked for me
